Training Day 47 - 15.03.10

Back down the gym today and re-motivated ready to push myself to my limits now and get myself fit enough for the marathon which is only 6 weeks away! OMG! 


The gym was way to packed tonight so I did a burst on the treadmil.. interval training only this time I ran fast the whole session, on the incline and on the flat.  Unfortunately I didn't get to go on anything else because all the equiptment was taken.


2 more weeks til my 15 mile run!
