Training Day 36 - 05.2.10

I have just completed my most gruelling gym session yet! Upped the pace on the cross trainer and upped all the leg weights I did!  I am now building strength buy doing reps at 60kg on the leg press and about 25 on the leg lift.  On the cross trainer I increased my pace to 190 per minute on the lower incline!  I have never sweated so much in my life but I feel really really good for it! 

I haven't done any leg lift weights for a week or two but before I started working out on the cross trainer I was only able to set it at about 12.5kg, now that I can do 25 kg, it shows the cross trainer must be giving my legs good strength!  Yay! 

I had another boost today when I saw an old friend down the gym. She commented on the difference in my physique and said I looked amazing! That really made me feel good :)
