I am dying to get running again, but I am enjoying my new found fitness on the cross trainer! I found my peak today, interval training - the fastest being 175 strides per minute at number 5 incline, and on the higher incline, 130 strides per minute at 10 incline. It was really really hard work and I certainly built up a sweat! I really want to run again so I can see how my stamina has improved.
Next gym session I will continue with the above pace and then maybe go onto the bike after :) This is all good fun!
