Because I completed the last training session in advance of what it should be, todays session stated that I had to run for 20 mins solid without a walking break. I got to 5 mins and thought... well if I get to 8 mins and cant go any further, i'll do a five minute walk then another 8 minute run. Before I knew it I had hit 10 minutes so tried pushing myself to the 15 minute mark.... at 18.5 minutes my head started going funny and so did my vision so i stopped there before i passed out! I think if i'd have pushed myself I may have broken the pain barrier but I didn't really want to go flying off the back of the treadmill at 10kmph!
I worked very hard on the weights today too and have also lost more weight which I am VERY happy about! My body shape is really changing now and is looking much more toned.
