Today I digressed, but thats Ok, I'll push harder next time. I hit a wall a couple of weeks back but I got through it. I thought i'd be able to push myself for the 20 minute target today but I had things on my mind and really couldn't focus enough to do so. So i managed 13.5 minutes, then a 2 minute walk, then another 2 minutes running. I made up for it on the weights.
I wore shorts to the gym today it was interesting to see the muscles in my legs shaking and spasming as I was working on the leg press machine!
I also wore a blue t-shirt... Note to self... Blue t-shirts and sweaty underarms do NOT look good!
