Had a few personal issues so had a bit of a delay in between training. Today I was supposed to do 3 x 5 minute runs with 3 mins walking in between but i had a lot of tension to burn off so actually jumped forward a session and completed 2 solid 8 minus with 5 mins walking in between - running at 10km/ph. My husband came to the gym to collect the keys from me and said he was watching me through the window pulling some rediculous faces! Oh the shame....
Note to self.... try not to pull stupid faces whilst achieving the tomato effect!
The next run on the schedule is a 20 minute solid run but I think i might do the 2 x 8 minute ones first just to be safe.
