Training Day 7 - 01.11.09 - Week 3

Wow! Today was really hard work!  My legs hurt after the very first part of the run! It was Halloween yesterday and we had a bit of a mini party, lots of junk party foods and alcohol flowing, so my body wasn't really fueld right for running.  I still pushed myself and made myself complete my training. Did my floor work and Lots of weights work. Im going to invest in some smaller weights to work out with inbetween running days, so I can tone my upper body more.

Todays Summary.... My legs are propper aching!
