Today was a bit harder than normal. I've been up working since 5:30am and its been a bit of a stressful day.I normally go to the gym in the morning or at lunchtime, but went at tea time today. It was packed so I didn't feel very comfortable and didn't do my tummy toning on the mats. I did however skip forward a day in my training. Instead of finishing off this weeks run/walk 1.5mins x 6, i began next weeks schedule... run/walk 1.5mins x 2 then run/walk 3 minutes x 2. Helped along by the soundtrack of Hardcore Classics... and "now you're gone" kicking in as i started my first 3 minute run... i pushed myself and passed it! I did realise though that at one point i was actually 'blowing' breathe out of my mouth and thought that i must have looked a bit of a pleb!
I did 2 x 15 reps at 60kg on leg press, 2 x 15 reps on chest press at 20kg and some other machine that i cant remember the name of, but it works on the arms, at 30kg - its a machine where you have to press your chest against a pad then pull your arms back. But my arms are too short to reach it!
