This morning I really didn't feel like training, I was so tired! But i made myself go and was glad I did, infact i felt like I could have done more. I built up the confidence to ask one of the gym staff to show me some new weights machines so I strengthen my legs more, and discoverd that to tone up muscle, you need to do lower weights (but not easy weights) with higher reps. My sound track today was Hardcore Classics.. definately got me motivated!
One down side about the training... I'm getting spots of my face from sweating :( Hopefully my skin will get accustomed to it and settle down. Its not a very dignified sport is it?
