Today is the start of week 2 of my training. I got up early and was at the gym by 8am on a sunday! Thats good for me and made me feel proud of myself for having the motivation! Todays training involved a 5 minute warm up, followed by 6 sets of 1.5 minute runs followed by 2 minutes of walking. I upped the speed to 10.5 km/ph and worked on incline number 1. I was throughly helped musically, by a mix i downloaded from Raw Elements by DJ Scar! After the running i did sets of 15, 18, 10, 10, 14 stomach crunches and then a bit of weights work. I've put my self on a new diet today too, im trying out liquid meals... to see if they help keep my energy levels up as I have been eating a lot of junk lately. I'd like to try and lose some more weight now.
I end this post by saying I now have photographic evidence of the Tomato Effect... but I wont be posting it here! Not yet anyway!
