Training Day 12 - 26.11.09

Today I hit a wall for the first time. Even the first 3 minute run was a struggle. However in hindsight I think it may be because i forgot to eat tea the night before and then ate some toast in the morning. I definately run better on an empty stomach, but when i've eaten the night before.  I managed 3 x 3 minute runs wtih 1.5 mins walking in between so I guess that wasn't too bad. I didn't do any weights work though because I forgot my towel and I dont like using the weights equiptment without having a towel to sit on! My calves are killing me too, I think I may have to investigate leg massage or administer it myself. I think I'm going to have a break now until Sunday and see how I get on. I have a feeling I may need to go back a week and start again.....but I'll try correct eating, approach first.

On another note, my weight loss has picked back up again... Im down to 9 Stone 2 Now. So thats something to feel positive about.
