Yay! I totally smashed it at the Gym today! Although at one point I didn't think I was going to! I managed to complete the whole of the set programme for the first run in week 4 - so I ran 2x 3 minutes with 1.5 mins walk in between then 2 x 5 mins with 2.5 mins walk in between. I listened to Hardcore Classics on shuffle and my beloved Ipod could not have shuffled it better for me... each time I felt as if the pain was too much it would throw in another STOMPING tune and i'd find more motivation! Awesome! I feel so good now that I have managed to complete this part! The Wall I hit has come crashing down and Im ready for more!
I ripped it up on the weights today too... arms, legs, butt, everything all pleasantly but rewardingly aching!
