I started on the programme for week for today which involved 2 lots of run 3 minutes/walk 1.5 mins, then two lots of run 5 mins/walk 2.5 mins but I didn't read the programme properly so thought it was three minutes of walking in between so by the time i got to the final 5 minute run I only managed 3 minutes! My heart rate was up to 190! I have to say it felt good. At one point my legs were just going and I got into a really good breathing pattern... felt i bit like i was flying.... maybe I was at passing out point and didn't realise!
Did lots of weights work and some abs work too. Had to check myself out in the mirror after... my arms and legs are starting to look visibly more toned now! Still lots of work to do on the Belly.
Im very much looking forward to day 12!
