It's been over two weeks since I last trained to the ongoing virus I had. BUT it doesn't seem to have put me too far back although I did try and push myself harder. I decided to go inbetween what i was doing last and what i was moving onto, so tried to do 3 run/walks of 3 minutes but due to the virus having been on my chest, i struggled on the 3rd run and only managed about 1.5 mins.
I did a little weight work and thought it best not to push myself further just incase.
That can wait for next session!
