Lack of Training

Due to being unwell I haven't been training now for a week. Feeling under the weather has ruined my diet too, because I keep eating all the wrong foods.... chocolate, takeaway etc because I dont have the energy to cook.  Im hoping to be back down the gym on Sunday and I'm really hoping that I haven't taken too many steps back. I will probably re-do last weeks programme to see how I get on.
