Just got back from the Gym and Hung my coat on the key hooks and realised I was doing something wrong when I went to hang my keys on the coat hooks!
Todays session didn't go too well. It WAS going fine and I was progressing easily on a higher resistance and faster speed until about 23 minutes into the training when I lost focus on my breathing. I suddenly became aware that my face, fingers, hands and head were tingling and I felt very feint. This sent me into panic mode because I was really paranoid that I might pass out there and then on the cross trainer in the middle of a ram packed gym :( It was a pretty scarey moment.
I have a feeling that the lack of carbohydrates I ate today to compensate for the junk I ate yesterday may have played a roll in what happened, either that or I simply started to hyperventilate where i was focusing so much on the movement and not on my breathing. Maybe I simply pushed myself too hard? I dont think it was the latter though, because I've been pushing myself to my limits every single training session since I started.
Note to self: research proper diet.
