Training Day 28 - 16.1.10

I decided to go back to the gym again today, I would like to aim to do interval training every day now to increase my stamina and strength.  I seem to be making easy progress with the interval training.

Unfortunately my training was interrupted halfway through - my phone doubles up as my training log and my pod to keep my running... unfortunately a series of calls coming through messed up the connection with my bluetooth headset and my Nike Sensor and completely through me off my pace and focus. I was incredibly frustrated but these things happen for a reason... I now know that i have to seriously consider my music, battery life of my phone/ipod/headset/sensor etc in preparation for Marathon Day.  I need the music to get into the running... it helps me focus and keep a good pace.
