Training Day 22 - Christmas Day 2009

My Husband bought me some new Nike running shoes for christmas... smart NIKE ID ones with my name on them in Black and Pink - My favourite colour combo!  I decided to test them out Christmas Morning with my son riding along side me on his bike.  I went for about a 20 mintue run but it was very difficult because all the roads were so icy so I had to run on the grass.
