Training Day 21 - 22.12.09

Right so I went back to the previous challenge in my training.. running 8 mintues/walking 5/running 8. The music I was listening to was faster and I found myself taking larger strides... I felt very much like I was properly running and although it damn near killed me, I complete it!  I was very surprised to do it because I ate my lunch about 1.5 hours before running and could still feel it on my stomach, so maybe had I have ran in the morning I would have found it easier.

The sweat was POURING off my today though and my chest hurt after... I WILL get there. I WILL get there!!  I am not sure whether I should do this challenge a couple more times before trying to hit the 20 minute mark... maybe I will do it twice more.......
