Training Day 2 - 19.10.09

Wow, today was a lot harder than the first day! My muscles still ache from then and my left butt cheek feels like its been kicked... I hope I haven't done any muscle damage already! My shins feel achy today too.  I did drink alchohol last night so maybe thats why it all seemed harder...

Note to self: Do not drink lager the night before a training session.

Note to self: Will have to become acustomed to the 'Tomato' Look!
